Character of the Peninsula

The introduction to the Panorama Recreation Commission’s 2005 Strategic Plan contains an excellent summary of the demographics of the Saanich Peninsula. It highlights the difference between Central Saanich and the other two Peninsula municipalities of North Saanich and Sidney. Note that Central Saanich is growing and much younger.
